JELENA ARAMBASIC

Jelena is a Clinical Psychologist who completed an Honours degree (First Class) at Macquarie University and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. Jelena believes that childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood, are particularly important times for emotional, social, and cognitive development. Jelena values the collaborative nature of therapy and is passionate about providing evidence-based therapy that empowers and assists clients to work toward meaningful goals and enhance their resilience.

Jelena provides assessment and treatment for a range of difficulties in children, adolescents, and young adults (up to 25 years), including anxiety (e.g., selective mutism, generalised anxiety, specific phobias, social anxiety, panic disorder), obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, mood disorders, oppositional behaviour, and parent-child relationship difficulties. Jelena has worked in university, non-government, private hospital, and public outpatient and community mental health settings.

Jelena draws on a range of evidence-based therapies to meet individual’s needs and has been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and parent management interventions for child behavioural issues. Jelena is an accredited facilitator of the ‘Tuning in to Kids’ parenting program which focuses on building stronger parent-child relationships using the positive parenting approach of ‘Emotion Coaching’. Jelena has experience working part of the Sydney Local Health District Getting on Track in Time (Got It!) team, at Thomas Walker Hospital. Jelena’s work at Got It! involved delivering an early intervention social and emotional wellbeing program with families of children in K-2 who presented with behavioural and emotional problems.

Jelena speaks Serbian fluently and welcomes clients who would prefer to speak Serbian, Croatian, or Bosnian during their sessions.

Jelena is an Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), a registered Medicare provider, and holds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (Reg. No: PSY0002102218) with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

Audrey is a Clinical Psychologist who provides treatment for a range of mental health conditions. She uses evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. She also incorporates Positive Psychology techniques in treatment plans where appropriate. These strategies help individuals access a point of optimal functioning where they may feel as though they are flourishing. Audrey provides a warm and judgment free space and is committed to helping clients to meet all their goals of therapy. She assists clients to shift limiting self-beliefs in order to build self-worth and prevent re-occurrences of mental health struggles.

Audrey has experience working with mental health diagnoses of anxiety disorders (generalised anxiety disorder, specific phobia, social anxiety disorder), obsessive-compulsive disorder (using exposure with response prevention [ERP]), depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has experience treating stress, burnout, emotion regulation difficulties and working with behaviour management problems in children. In addition, Audrey conducts psychometric assessments with children to assess for learning disorders, ADHD and overall cognitive ability.

Audrey has worked in both the public and private sectors. She has experience in private practice settings providing individual psychological therapy to children, adolescents and adults. She also has experience working in a psychiatric hospital facility where she provided group and individual therapy to both inpatients and outpatients. Additionally, she has worked in a community mental health team where she provided individual therapy and psychometric assessment to children and adults.

Audrey has completed a 6-year progression of study, finishing with a Masters of Psychology (Clinical). Audrey completed her master’s thesis in collaboration with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology on the relationship between depression, anxiety and trauma with obesity. She is currently in the process of publishing this paper. She is a member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS), a registered Medicare provider who holds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (Reg. No: PSY0002265728) and endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

Milka is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of  Australia. She holds  a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Hons) from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Information Management) from the University of Sydney.

Milka has experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of health settings including specialist university clinics, paediatric development organisations, virtual school counselling, forensic settings and private practice. Her approach to therapy is empathetic, trauma informed and collaborative with an emphasis on working with a client’s strengths to bring about meaningful change.

Milka is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a range of mental health concerns across the lifespan and has particular expertise with anxiety disorders in children and adults, mood disorders and problem gambling. Milka is also an accredited Cool Kids Program Provider. She is passionate about helping parents develop strategies and confidence in emotionally connecting with their children as well as managing challenging child behaviour.

Milka uses evidence based psychological treatments grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and draws strategies from attachment based therapies, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.

Monique is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar with a Masters of Clinical Psychology. Monique works collaboratively with her clients to deeply understand their needs and empowers them toward change. Monique applies a scientific method to client concerns with an empathic here and now relational therapeutic approach.

Monique provides holistic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients across the lifespan in children, adolescents, and adults, with specific experience in (e.g., Anxiety disorders, Selective Mutism, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Grief and Loss, Stress, and Relationship Distress). Monique has over 7 years of experience working with people in a variety of Clinical, Forensic and Organisational settings.

Within organisations Monique has developed and implemented evidence-based interventions to address employee stress. She has tutored in the Discipline of Psychological Sciences at multiple NSW based Universities. Monique received combined clinical and forensic training in assessment and report writing for the Children’s Court Clinic and Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Monique has a special interest in group therapy facilitation, assessment, intervention, training and education, support coordination and has previous experience in working with individuals and families registered with the NDIS. Monique uses evidenced-based therapy treatments grounded in (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, and Mindfulness), and receives ongoing training from the Selective Mutism Clinic for the treatment of Selective Mutism in preschoolers to adults.

Monique provides emotion coaching training for parents and children and is an accredited facilitator for the ‘Tuning in to Kids’ program.

Micaela is an empathic and warm Clinical Psychology Registrar who aims to provide clients a safe non-judgemental space to feel heard and supported. Micaela is passionate about providing clients holistic person-centred care to create meaningful change in their lives. Micaela utilises a range of evidenced-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Micaela works collaboratively with her clients and believes the therapeutic relationship is key to reaching treatment goals.

Micaela has experience working with a range of concerns including generalised anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, social anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, borderline personality disorder, and adults with ADHD. Micaela has experience across a range of private and public mental health settings. She provided both individual and group therapy (DBT and mindfulness groups) at a university clinic. Micaela has also gained experience at a community health centre providing individual therapy to children from disadvantaged backgrounds. She has experience in workplace settings in the area of stress management and burn-out prevention. Micaela also has experience working in private practice with a focus on trauma related disorders (including complex trauma) anxiety and OCD.

Micaela has completed her 6-year sequence of study, graduating with a Masters of Clinical Psychology. During her studies, she researched embodiment and has a keen interest in the role the body plays in trauma recovery. She also researched sexual agency and has an interest in sexuality. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a general psychologist (registration number: PSY0002263569) and is currently undergoing her registrar program in the area of Clinical Psychology. She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (membership number: 292466).

Chloe incorporates a culturally-sensitive, strengths-based approach where it is prioritised that the treatment is personalised to suit each client’s cultural background, preferences, strengths and values. Chloe believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions, and strives to be authentic, personable and adaptable in her practice.

Chloe has experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and age groups who have presented with wide-ranging concerns affecting their mental health and wellbeing. She has experience treating anxiety disorders, Selective Mutism, mood disorders, trauma, grief, relationship, work or health concerns as well as self-esteem and body-image concerns.

Chloe has completed a 6-year progression of study, graduating with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. Chloe is a registered Medicare provider who upholds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (Reg. no.: PSY0002350443). She is also a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).

Hannah is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist Registrar who provides assessment and treatment for a range of difficulties in children, adolescents, and adults including trauma-related disorders, anxiety (e.g., generalised anxiety, specific phobias, social anxiety, panic disorder), mood disorders, children with behavioural issues, and parent-child relationship difficulties.

Hannah has a special interest in child attachment, complex trauma, oppositional behaviour and emotion-regulation difficulties. She utilises a range of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Somatic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment-Based interventions.

Hannah has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds in a variety of health settings including not-for-profit organisations, school-based settings, university clinics, psychiatric hospitals, forensic settings and private practice. She also has experience working solely with parents on interventions for social, emotional and behavioural difficulties of young children (under 6 years old). A fundamental aspect of Hannah’s therapeutic philosophy is her belief that individuals are the experts of their own internal experiences. By adopting a collaborative and empowering approach, she strives to work alongside her clients, fostering a sense of agency and actively involving them in the therapeutic process.

Tamara is a Clinical Psychologist who provides assessment and treatment for a wide range of difficulties including mood, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and stress management. She uses evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Tamara provides an empathic approach and believes in working collaboratively with clients to understand their individual goals and to work towards meeting these. She works with clients to both decrease suffering and to build resilience, contentment and enjoyment.

Tamara has worked as a Clinical Psychologist in a community mental health team in Adelaide for many years. She has experience working with diverse mental health diagnoses including depressive and anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia/Psychosis and personality disorders, self-harm, emotion regulation difficulties. Additionally, Tamara’s research focus is on student and worker burnout and she has an associated interest in stress management and building resilience. Tamara is passionate about providing evidence-based treatment and is experienced in providing a range of evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Tamara has given lectures about CBT, psychosis and DBT at Flinders University.

Tamara has a Master of Clinical Psychology, Bachelor of Health Science, Honours (First class), and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Anthropology), all from The University of Adelaide. She is also currently completing a PhD focused on student and worker burnout, remotely through the University of Adelaide. Tamara has participated in many further CBT, ACT and mindfulness training courses, as well as participating in an extensive training course in DBT through Behavioral Tech. Macy is a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing evidence-based psychological care in an empathic manner for people living with emotional difficulties or facing life adversities. She works collaboratively and flexibly with her clients to achieve optimal and meaningful treatment outcomes. She believes in the importance of enhancing clients’ resilience in addition to addressing their difficulties so as to truly empower them. She has expertise in working with clients to resolve a diverse range of emotional challenges including but not limited to anxiety (e.g., phobias, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety, OCD, PTSD, selective mutism), depression, bipolar disorder, behavioural problems, body-focused repetitive behaviours (e.g., skin-picking, hair-pulling), self-harm, interpersonal difficulties, sleeping difficulties, and stress management (e.g., academic, occupational, health, family).

Her predominant approach to assessment and therapy is Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which she complements with other approaches including mindfulness, aspects of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for more chronic and complex conditions, and family-based parent management interventions for child anxiety and conduct issues.

Macy has clinical experience in various settings, including hospitals (the Kiloh Centre, a psychiatric unit at the Prince of Wales Hospital and Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit and Department of Psychology at Gosford Hospital) and private practices, servicing client populations from children to older adults with diverse needs.

Macy is trained as a clinical practitioner as well as a scientific researcher through over eight years of tertiary education at the University of New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree with First Class Honours and was awarded the University Medal. She completed PhD and Master of Psychology (Clinical) degrees, during which she conducted and published research in the field of behavioural neuroscience that extended current understanding and treatment of anxiety. She holds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (Reg. #: PSY0001389847 – Registered as Wan Yee Macy Chan) with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. She is also approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to act as a supervisor to provisional psychologists and psychology registrars. Macy is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Elizabeth provides assessment and treatment for a wide range of problems in clients of all ages, including anxiety disorders (e.g., OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, phobias, and panic disorder), depression, eating disorders, insomnia / sleeping difficulties, chronic pain, stress, sexual problems, and others. She has worked in both private practice and the public sector, in both research and clinical settings for over fifteen years.

Elizabeth is an accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) group leader. For a number of years she worked at Redbank House at Westmead Hospital, which is a tertiary-level service for children with severe behavioural problems and other psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, and social skills deficits.

Elizabeth is also highly experienced in the treatment of Selective Mutism and is the founder and director of the Selective Mutism Clinic which provides treatment for children with Selective Mutism throughout Australia. Elizabeth has a combined PhD and Masters of Clinical Psychology degree from the University of N.S.W, and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and the Australian Association of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (AACBT). She holds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (Reg. #: PSY0001406292) with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.
